Any style of Yoga we practice has multiple benefits on our health. For us in the Corporate World, a need to align our mind is as important as getting our body to work. We are glued to the screens, bended spine, frozen shoulders, making no right form to our body thus resulting in our posture going bad even outside office.

Like they say Yoga is not to be practiced but lived. It is as simple as getting our mind to this yogic state even while on our office chair. Right posture and calculated breathing in those 15-20 minutes of daily routine has proven guaranteed results. 

Yoga improves alertness, productivity and ability to react more calmly in demanding situations. It not only reduces stress, anxiety ordepression, but also improves concentration, decision-making skills and ability to multitask. One would have increased focus and celebrate the art of working following a yoga exercise. It may be a welcome break to any busy workday or a relaxing way to de-stress at the end of the day.
