Shradha’s introduction to yoga was in a pre-natal class, she found that yoga helped her immensely through her pregnancy and labor. Shradha continued to practice yoga throughout motherhood as it helped her to stay balanced emotionally, mentally and of course, physically. Her passion for yoga lead her to complete a yoga certification program and was inspired to further her studies as she was inspired to become a yoga therapist so that she can share the benefits of yoga in a more personalized way to her clients.
Shradha strives to create space for therapeutic healing and encourages students to find a sense of grace and introspection in their practice. Her lessons outline the anatomy of the human body and application of yoga practices in everyday lives. Off the mat, she is a mother of two beautiful daughters, loves painting and dancing.

Shradha has been practicing yoga for over 7 years now and believes in ailments that the power of yoga may remedy. Shradha is adept in the field of yoga therapeutics, combining a comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy, biology, psychology and spirituality, to facilitate students’ deep healing.

More than 500 Hours Certified
Shradha Sharma is a certified yoga therapist (300 hours) from India with expertise in hatha yoga (RYT200) and yin yoga (80 hours).

In addition to having delivered over 300 hours of student teaching, Shradha has been teaching various styles of yoga – hatha, vinyasa, chair, slow flow, restorative, yin, prenatal, postnatal, kids, seniors, therapeutic (specific health conditions), meditation and pranayama.
The eight limbs of Yoga, as outlined by the sage Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras, guide us on a path to spiritual fulfillment and self-realization.
