More than 500 Hours Certified

Shradha Sharma is a certified yoga therapist (300 hours) from India with expertise in hatha yoga (RYT200) and yin yoga (80 hours).

In addition to having delivered over 300 hours of student teaching, Shradha has been teaching various styles of yoga – hatha, vinyasa, chair, slow flow, restorative, yin, prenatal, postnatal, kids, seniors, therapeutic (specific health conditions), meditation and pranayama.
